Seasons and prices in € for 2012

All prices per 1 week. Deposit of 30% of the total rental rate is due at booking. Full amount
has to be settled four weeks prior to arrival.

Arrival on Saturdays after 17:00 h, departure on Saturdays before 10:00 h.

Prices include one set of bed linen per person and weekly cleaning of the swimming pool during the high-season 2nd of June to 31st of August. During off-season bed linen has to be brought and costs incurring for consumption of electric power and gas have to be covered by the tenant. Deposit of € 800 to be paid at arrival, which will be reimbursed on departure.
Prices in EUR for 2012 ( in low season 10 % off the normal price for 3 bed rooms = max 5 persons)
