Seasons and prices in € and £ for 2008 and 2009

All prices per 1 week. Deposit of 30% of the total rental rate is due at booking. Full amount
has to be settled four weeks prior to arrival.

Arrival on Saturdays after 17:00 h, departure on Saturdays before 10:00 h.

Prices include one set of bed linen per person and weekly cleaning of the swimming pool during the high-season 22nd May to 19. September. Fee for final cleaning of the house 65 EUR. During off-season (20th of September to 5th of May) bed linen has to be brought and costs incurring for consumption of electric power and gas have to be covered by the tenant. Deposit of 30% is due at booking. Full amount has to be settled 4 weeks prior to arrival together with a deposit of € 1000, which will be reimbursed on departure.
